What have you already done?
Do it in the wrong order and you pay twice. A heat pump in an uninsulated house has to be bigger, runs hotter and costs more to run. Solar on a roof you are about to re-cover comes off and goes back on. Tick what is done and we will tell you what comes next.
This is the sequence a surveyor will give you, and the one we work to. It is not about doing everything at once — it is about not undoing your own work.

One team, one contract, one visit.
Measures bought separately are three surveys, three contractors, three sets of scaffolding and three people to chase. Bought as one job they are one design, one programme and one number to ring.
It also means the design accounts for itself. The heat pump is sized after the insulation is priced in. The battery is sized against what the array will actually make. Nobody is guessing at somebody else's numbers.
Every measure here is installed by our own engineers under one MCS certification and one TrustMark licence.

Your paperwork, on the day
MCS certificates, electrical certification, commissioning records and the manufacturer documentation, with registration inside ten working days.
Two years, in writing
Two years on every measure, in writing, transferable if you sell, and insurance-backed.

One number, not a call centre
We attend within five working days, and within 24 hours if you are left without heating or hot water.
The questions we get asked most
Where should I start?
With whatever is losing you the most heat, which is usually the loft or the walls. It is the cheapest work and it makes everything after it smaller.
Can I do it all at once?
Yes, and it is cheaper that way — one survey, one design, one programme and the scaffold up once. It is also the only way the measures get sized against each other properly.
What grants are there?
£7,500 towards an air source heat pump through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, and 0% VAT on solar, batteries, heat pumps and insulation until 31 March 2027. Funded schemes exist for lower-income households and we check those at the survey.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our own engineers do the work. Where a specialist trade is involved we tell you who and what they are doing, and the contract stays with us.
How far do you travel?
Chertsey and Surrey, plus Addlestone, Weybridge, south-west London, Middlesex, Berkshire, Hampshire and Sussex.
Is the survey really free?
Yes, and it is a proper one — measurements, heat loss where it applies, and a written proposal afterwards.
