An annual service
Boilers and heat pumps want one a year. Ring or email and we will book it ahead rather than in December.
A copy of your paperwork
Certificates, commissioning records and MCS registrations. Email us and we will send them again.
A complaint

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Emails outside those hours are picked up the next working day.
Is the survey really free?
Yes, and it is a proper survey — measurements, heat loss where it applies, and a written proposal afterwards.
How quickly can you come out?
Small jobs, usually the same week. No heating or hot water, within 24 hours.
Do you cover my area?
Chertsey and Surrey, plus Addlestone, Weybridge, south-west London, Middlesex, Berkshire, Hampshire and Sussex. Put your postcode in the form and we will confirm.
Can I visit you?
