Do you cover my area?

Is the survey really free?
Yes. A surveyor visits the property and you get the figures for your house.
Who applies for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?
We do. The installer applies, not the homeowner, and the £7,500 comes off your quote.
Do you use your own engineers?
Yes. Plumbing, heating, electrical and every renewable install, under TrustMark licence 3288118.
Which measure should I do first?
Usually the fabric — loft insulation before anything that generates or heats. The survey tells you where your house actually loses heat.
Can the work be funded?
Insulation is the measure most often covered by government-backed schemes. We run the eligibility check and make the application.
