The EcoGlow Group Ltd is a Chertsey contractor doing renewable energy, insulation, building work and surveys with one team, across Surrey and the surrounding counties.
What we actually are
Most firms do one of these things. Doing all of them with one team is the whole point, and it is why the work joins up.
We are a heating and electrical firm first
Plumbing, heating and electrical, Gas Safe and NAPIT registered. That is what a heat pump and a solar system actually are, underneath.
So the renewable work is not a bolt-on
MCS certification for solar, battery and heat pumps sits on top of trades we already had, rather than being bought in.
And the fabric work joins it up
PAS 2035 and PAS 2030, so insulation is designed against the heating rather than sold separately from it.
With the surveys under the same roof
EPCs, heat loss, retrofit assessments and damp surveys. The person who measures it is the company that fixes it.

- Employed, not subcontracted
- Our own engineers. Where a specialist trade is genuinely needed we tell you who and what they are doing, and the contract stays with us.
- Surveyed before quoted
- Anything beyond a repair gets looked at before a price is given, which is what stops the price moving later.
- One number, throughout
- The same company from the survey to the certification, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
- Certified where it counts
- MCS, TrustMark, NAPIT, Gas Safe, RECC, FENSA, F-Gas, PAS 2035 and PAS 2030. Every number is on this site and checkable.

The questions we get asked most
How big is the team?
Small enough that the person who surveys your house is likely to be somebody you meet again, and large enough to run several jobs at once.
Do you use subcontractors?
Plumbing, heating and electrical are our own. Where a specialist trade is needed we tell you who and what they are doing.
How far do you travel?
Chertsey and Surrey, plus Addlestone, Weybridge, south-west London, Middlesex, Berkshire, Hampshire and Sussex.
What are you certified for?
MCS for solar, battery and heat pumps; PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 for retrofit; Gas Safe, NAPIT, FENSA and F-Gas for the trades; RECC and TrustMark for consumer protection. The numbers are at the bottom of every page.
Are you insured?
Public and products liability of £5 million, employers' liability of £10 million, and professional indemnity held separately.
What is the guarantee?
Two years on our workmanship, in writing, transferable to a new owner if you sell, and insurance-backed.
